HOW TO MAKE PAYMENTS
a) Pay on the day using eftpos, credit card, or cash.
b) Make automative payments (AP) using our weekly/fortnightly/monthly AP scheme:

c) Receive an invoice and pay online directly into our bank account.
CANCELLATIONS, LATENESS, & NO-SHOWS
An automated text will be sent with a reminder for your appointment a day before. To change or cancel an appointment, please call at least two hours prior to the scheduled time so we can re-allocate it to someone else and/or book you in on a different day/time.
Our hub structure requires patients to be on time. If you are running late, please call so we can reschedule your appointment. No-shows and last minute cancellations incur a fee of $25.
