If viewing this page via mobile, we recommend downloading the Manage My Health App (free) from the Apple Store or Google Play​.

Patients 16 and older can have their own Manage My Health account, while children under 16 can be linked to their parent/guardian account.. This will make it easier to access their test results and/or order scripts when needed. If you would like to link your child(ren) to your account, please email us on talktous@hhpnz.nz

NOTICE REGARDING MANAGE MY HEALTH DATA SECURITY INCIDENT:

We wish to inform patients about a recent data security incident involving Manage My Health, the third-party patient portal used by our practice.
Manage My Health is currently working through the formal Privacy Act notification process for affected individuals, in coordination with Health New Zealand and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner. Patients who are impacted will be contacted directly by Manage My Health as part of this process.

While Manage My Health is an external platform and we do not have access to or control over their systems, we are actively monitoring the situation and working through any potential flow-on effects for our patients.

 

Is Manage My Health safe to use?
Yes. Manage My Health remains safe to use, and everyday functions continue to operate as normal, including:
•Ordering repeat prescriptions
•Sending messages to the practice
•Booking appointments
These services are not affected by the incident.

Support and further information
Manage My Health has established a dedicated 0800 helpline for patients who may have been impacted and require advice or support. Patients can also contact them by email at info@managemyhealth.co.nz.
