Health Hub Project NZ is currently closed to new enrolments.

To ensure we can continue to provide appropriate care and support for our currently enrolled patients, we are not accepting general new enrolments at this time.

We will continue to accept enrolments for:

• Newborns of currently enrolled patients

• Immediate family members of currently enrolled patients

Normal eligibility and enrolment requirements continue to apply.
