Health Hub Project NZ is only accepting new enrolments from patients who are:​

• either new to the Palmerston North area or

• who are not currently enrolled with another Palmerston North general practice.

Please Note: If you are new to New Zealand or have never had a GP since being here. We will need copies of both your Visa and Passport before your enrolment can be completed. These can be brought into Downtown or emailed to us.
